How do I Open an Account?
Opening a corporate or individual account is simple! We suggest you download the three following forms, fill them out entirely.

        1. Corporate Account Application
        2. Credit Authorization
        3. Corporate Terms and Conditions

You must submit two original signed copies of the printed Adobe Acrobat version. These must be submitted by mail or courier. Please send these to:

Corporate Account Application (in Adobe Acrobat format, 4Kb)
For new or existing customers, these applications are what we need to get things rolling or to make changes to your existing account status. You will also need to fill out our Credit Authorization Form. Get it here.

Credit Authorization (in Adobe Acrobat format, 6Kb)
The Credit Authorization form is required for new applicants, and must be submitted with a signed copy of the Corporate Account Application and the Corporate Terms and Conditions.

Corporate Terms and Conditions (in Adobe Acrobat format, 14Kb)
Newport Car and Limousine's Terms and Conditions outline all terms and conditions customers must meet, with limitations on services, party liabilities and billing procedures.
